Under Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Investors’ Interests Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44/1997) vide Govt.Order No. 101, Home (Pol-XIX) Department, dated: 04.02.2016 interim attachment has Karur District, Karur Taluk, which was allowed to be auctioned in Case No.08/2019 in CC.No.05/2015 dated: 05.07.2019 in Madurai Special Court under Section 4 and 7(7) of the Immovable Property belonging to the M/s. The Fashion Investments.
Karur Taluk, Thanthoni Village SF. No 426, 2565 Sq.Feet Land will be sold by public auction.
