Under Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Investor’s Interests Act,1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44/1997) vide Govt.Order No. 1224, Home (Courts- II A) Department, dated:27.10.2004 interim attachment has Karur District, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, which was allowed to be auctioned in Case O.A.No.05/2011 dated: 28.08.2018 in Madurai Special Court under Section 4 and 7(6) of the Immovable Property belonging to the Tamilnadu Elementary School Teachers Federation, Krishnarayapuram North Village, Master Marriage Hall will be sold by public auction.
