Under Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Investors’ Interests Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44/1997) vide Govt.Order No. 356, Home (Courts- II) Department, dated:28.04.2003 interim attachment has Karur District, Karur Taluk, which was allowed to be auctioned in Case O.A.No.15/2012 dated: 15.04.2013 in Coimbatore Special Court under Section 4(3) and 7(6) of the Immovable Property belonging to the M/s. Vigneshwara Finance,Erode. Karur Taluk, Mookanakurichi Village SF. No 15/c1 and 16/2, 3108 Sq.Feet Land will be sold by public auction.
